The scout centre Gozdna sola ZTS is located near lake Bohinj in the very heart of the Triglav National Park and has 51 beds in house and can accommodate up to 80 scouts in a camp infront the house.
The ZTS Scout Campsite in Laski Rovt has place for 90 Scouts with all facilities (toilets, water, garbage disposal).
The old rocky mountains surround the lake of Bohinj, 4.5 km long and 1.1km wide. The temperature of the water reaches 23°C in summer. Bohinj is one of the nicest summer and winter resorts in Slovenia and the Triglav national park offer a great variety of possibilities including mountaineering in the kingdom of Goldenhorn around the highest mountain of the Julian Alps. The lake itself is a great opportunity for rowing, sailing, surfing, swimming. You can also enjoy mountain biking on the mountain roads and paths. Nearby there is a field for orienteering fans while a field for archery is located near the Scout Campsite.
Laski Rovt is located near lake Bohinj in the Triglav National Park. Bohinj is a good starting point for a visit to the Sedmera triglavska jezera (Seven Lakes of Triglav), an ascent on Triglav and other peaks. Zveza tabornikov Slovenije owns a camp site at Laski Rovt in Bohinj near the village before you come to lake Bohinj. The site is divided in two fields: one for a camp up to 60 and the second up to 90 participants. The camp site in the Triglav National Park in which the environmental treatment and behavior of people are specially regulated by the law.
